COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. The waiting lists below are confirmed openings.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

COVID-19 Rental Assistance Programs
To help renters who are struggling to pay rent during the coronavirus pandemic, several cities, counties, and states have created emergency rental assistance programs for their residents with CARES Act funds. The application period for some local programs has already closed, but many are currently open as of August, 2020. The link below has up to date information on every city, county, and state program that has been discovered.

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) General waiting list applications for apartments at various properties are being accepted from June 30, 2020, until August 31, 2020. Learn How To Apply.

The Kingsport Housing And Redevelopment Authority (KHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from September 1, 2020, until further notice. Learn How To Apply.
Alachua County, FL 2 and 3 BR Public Housing Waiting List
The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments will be accepted from September 8, 2020 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice. Learn How To Apply.
