New Waiting List Announcements
Open Now: Santa Fe, New Mexico Section 8 Waiting List
The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority (SFCHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications twice a month on Wednesdays from January 10, until December 4, 2024.
Opens Soon: Ventura County Area, California Section 8 Waiting List
The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 30, until February 13, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since November, 2020.
Opens Soon: Pharr, Texas Section 8 Waiting List
The Pharr Housing Authority (PHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 22, until January 26, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since September, 2023.
Opens Soon: Englewood and Sheridan, Colorado Section 8 Waiting Lists
The Innovative Housing Concepts (IHC) on behalf of the Englewood Housing Authority and the Sheridan Housing Authority will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 22, until January 23, 2024.

Opens Today: Multi-County, Indiana Section 8 Waiting List
The Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC), on behalf of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 15, 2024, until further notice.
Open Now: Marion County, Oregon Section 8 and Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists
The Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from January 9, until February 6, 2024.
Open Now: Forth Worth, Texas Mainstream Section 8 and Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists
Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) is accepting Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from December 20, 2023, until January 31, 2024.
Open Now: Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland County, Ohio Section 8 Waiting List
The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 1, 2023, until January 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has opened since March, 2023.
Opens Soon: Miami-Dade County, Florida Section 8 Waiting List
Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 5, until February 19, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since May, 2021.
Opens Soon: Muncie, Indiana Section 8 Waiting List
The Muncie Housing Authority (MHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 16, 2024, until 500 applications have been received.
Opens Soon: Seattle, Washington Section 8 Waiting List
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 17, 2024, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since February, 2017.
