Located in the heart of downtown McAlester, Aldridge Senior Apartments was a well know hotel in the 1930's and has been renovated into beautiful 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes with a living/dining room area, kitchen, electric range, microwave and refrigerator, as well as carpeting, window blinds, and air conditioning. Community ammenities include laundry rooms on every floor, a coffee shop, fitness center, and hair salon on site.
Because it participates in the USDA Section 515 Rural Rental Housing program, Aldridge Senior Apartments is likely located in a rural community and may be one of only a few rental housing choices in the area. To qualify for residency in a Section 515 property, you must earn 80% or less of Area Median Income (AMI).
