An Informal Hearing is an opportunity for a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher participant to have an outside and impartial party consider if the Public Housing Agency’s action to terminate or change the participant’s HCV is in accordance with HUD regulations and PHA policy.
Affordable housing is for both families and individuals.
