As of July 2017, the Crossville Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.
Please note: The Crossville Housing Authority is managed by the Boaz Housing Authority.
To apply: Pick up an application at the CHA office, located at 400 Woodley Terrace, Boaz, AL 35957, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, call the Boaz Housing Authority office to schedule an appointment at (256) 593-5824, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
Preferences have not yet been identified.
