Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, bank statements, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.
The following preferences have been identified: Involuntarily displaced, living in substandard housing, homeless, paying more than 50% of income for rent and utilities, single persons who are elderly, displaced, homeless, or persons with disabilities are over other single persons.
