To apply: Pick up an application at the HHA office, located at 2601 Newburg Rd., Haleyville, AL 35565, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
There are no preferences.
