As of July 2017, the Ashland Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, visit the AHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 128 1st St N, Ashland, AL 36251, from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm, on Wednesdays only.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday and Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The AHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
