As of July 2017, the New Brockton Housing Authority (NBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, visit the NBHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 329 King St, New Brockton, AL 36351, from 7:00 am until 9:30 am, Monday-Thursday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the NBHA office to make an appointment to return the pre-application at (334) 894-5505, from 7:00 am until 9:30 am, Monday-Thursday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The NBHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
