As of July 2017, the Uniontown Housing Authority (UHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, visit the UHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 104 Plumblee St, Uniontown, AL 36786, from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Wednesdays only.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The UHA does have a preference for working families.
