The Cotton Plant Housing Authority (CPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CPHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CPHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 588 Conley Dr., Cotton Plant, AR 72036, from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income and photo IDs for all adult household members.The CPHA does not have a preference. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the CPHA office at (870) 459-2531 from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday.
