Center Toward Self Reliance

The Center Toward Self Reliance (CTSR) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 30, 2021, until an unconfirmed close date.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the Center Toward Self-Reliance.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Dropped off at the CTSR.
2. Mailed to the CTSR.
3. Emailed to the CTSR.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Disabled

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
