This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Montrose County, Colorado.

The Montrose County Housing Authority (MCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from August 8, 2023 at 8:00 am MT, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete an application in person at MCHA office, located at 222 Hap Court, Olathe, CO 81425, from 8:00 am, until 2:00 pm. Monday - Thursday.
  2. Complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
