The Seymour Housing Authority (SHA) State Moderate Rental Program waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from July until September, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: The SHA State Moderate Rental Program offers 2 and 3-Bedroom units at Brothers Court, Chamberlin Road, and Seymour Avenue.
There were three ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application was completed, it must have been postmarked by September 30, 2019; and mailed to the Seymour Housing Authority.
There were no preferences.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
The random lottery will be held on November 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Main Lobby of The Seymour Housing Authority, located at the address above.
