This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Winsted, Connecticut.
The Winchester Housing Authority (WHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Chestnut Grove and Greenwoods Garden is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2020, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered or mailed to the WHA office, located at 80 Chestnut St., Winsted, CT 06098.
The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
