How To Apply to the Public Housing Waiting List
As of July 2017, the Windsor Locks Housing Authority (WLHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.
To apply: Pick up an application at the WLHA office, located at 120 Southwest Ave, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the WLHA office at the above address.

According to the 2016 Q4 Picture of Subsidized Households database, the housing authority's voucher program has an annual turnover of 13% having issued approximately 9 vouchers in the past year.
