The Columbia County Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

This Housing Authority has one apartment community with 80 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply for public housing, you must make an appointment to fill out an application, by calling 
386-752-4227, during normal office hours. Be sure to bring these original documents with you to your appointment: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, proof of assets, copy of bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

This housing authority does not have a preference, your application is placed by the date and time it is received.
