The Housing Authority of the City of Monroe (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.
The HACM offers two Public Housing communities with 382 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The 1-Bedroom waiting list is closed.
To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an application packet, located at 808 Marable St, Monroe, GA 30656, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. When picking up the application packet you will be given an appointment to come back to submit your application.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The HACM does not have a preference.
Selected applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.
