The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Valley (HACFV) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACFV offers one Public Housing community with 100 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACFV to pick up an application, located at 201 West Church St., Suite B, Fort Valley, Ga. 31030, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACFV does not have a preference.
