The Housing Authority of the City of Hogansville (HACH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACH offers one Public Housing community with 114 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACH to pick up an application, located at 200 W Boyd Rd, Hogansville, GA 30230, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The HACH does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Hogansville or Grantville, displaced by natural disaster, displaced by government action, working family, or homeless.
