The Housing Authority of the City of Monticello (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 58 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 405 Funderburg Drive, Monticello, GA 31064, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
