The Housing Authority of the City of Ocilla (HACO) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The HACO offers one Pubic Housing community with 203 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the HACO to pick up an application, located at 534 N Alder St, Ocilla, GA 31774, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACO to schedule an application interview. The HACO can be reached by calling (229) 468-5400, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HACO does have a preference for working families.
