The Housing Authority of the City of Nashville (HACN) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The HACN offers: one Public Housing community in Pearson, GA with 21 units for senior/disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the HACN to submit an application in person, located at 409 Hull Ave., Nashville, GA 31639, from 7:30 until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.

Be sure to bring these documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HACN does not have a preference.

Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time their application is received.
