The only way to apply for the public housing waiting list is to fill out an application at the housing authority office located at 1000 Washington Ave., Dixon, IL during normal business hours.

Lee County Housing Authority Section 8 HCV Waiting List : Open Indefinitely

The Lee County Housing Authority (LCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

To apply, complete a pre-application at the LCHA office, located at 1000 Washington Ave., Dixon, IL 61021.

Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place. It will be needed any time when referencing your pre-application with the housing authority.
