To apply, complete a pre-application at the LCHA office, located at 1000 Washington Ave., Dixon, IL 61021.

The only way to apply for the public housing waiting list is to fill out an application at the housing authority office located at 1000 Washington Ave., Dixon, IL during normal business hours.
