This Housing Authority has 2 family communities for families and two high rise communities for elderly/disabled individuals.
To apply for public housing you must go into the office to complete an application, the office is located at 200 E. Harlem Ave. Monmouth, IL 61462, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to bring originals of birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members with you at the time you complete your application.
This Housing Authority lists the following preferences that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: elderly, disabled, victims of domestic violence, and local residents.
