The Richmond Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The RHA offers three communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply for public housing you must visit the RHA office to fill out an application, located at 58 S. 15th St., Richmond, IN 47374, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Be sure to bring these documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The RHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Richmond.

Reasonable Accommodation
