The Sullivan Housing Authority (SHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least May, 2015, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, pick up an application at the SHA office, located at 200 Sunrise Towers, Sullivan, IN 47882.
Once the application has been completed, call the housing authority to schedule an interview to complete the application process at (812) 268-4600.
The following documentation will be required during the interview: Birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
There are no preferences.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
