How To Apply to the Waiting List
The Housing Authority of Paintsville (HAP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The HAP offers two Public Housing communities with 273 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HAP office to pick up a pre-application, located at 700 Sixth Street Paintsville, KS 41240 during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered or mailed to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.

The HAP does not have a preference.

Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
