How To Apply to the Public Housing Waiting List
The
Housing Authority of Crowley (HAC) is
currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAC offers two Public Housing communities with 349 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 Westwood Drive, Crowley, LA 70526, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The HAC does have a preference for: Applicants that live and/or work in Crowley, elderly, or disabled.

11% of households were headed by a person 24 years old or less, 56% were headed by a person 25 to 49 years old, 12% were headed by a person 51 to 60 years old, and 21% were headed by a person 62 years old or older. In addition, 1% of households were headed by a person 85 years old or older.
