Waiting List Details

The Pineville Housing Authority (PHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, from May 20, 2019 at 8:00 am until May 24, 2019 at 4:00 pm CT.

To apply, pick up an application at the PHA office located at 2731 Highway 28 East, Pineville, Louisiana, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CT.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the PHA office located at the address above, during office hours, by June 28, 2019.

Please note: The PHA Public Notice incorrectly stated that before an applicant could be placed on their waiting list, a background check must be completed, utilities must be turned on in the applicant's name and a security deposit along with first month's rent had to be paid. These requirements do not need to be completed until the applicant is drawn from the waiting list and offered an available unit. However, at the time of application, birth certificates and social security cards for all household members, and picture ID for everyone in the household over the age of 17, will be required.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in Pineville, Louisiana.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preference.
