Waiting List Details

The Millis Housing Authority (MHA) Elderly Housing waiting list lottery for 1-Bedroom Elderly units is currently open, until November 10, 2018 at 3:30 pm ET.

There are three ways to apply:

  1. Download and print the application online here.               
  2. Pick up an application at the MHA office located at 310 Exchange Street, Millis, Massachusetts 02054, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.
  3. Call (508) 376-8181 to request an application sent to you by mail.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

  1. Mailed to the MHA office at 310 Exchange Street, Massachusetts 02054.                    
  2. Dropped off at the MHA office at the address above, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences. All applications submitted by November 10, 2018 will become part of the lottery system for tenant selection set forth by Department of Housing and Community Development. After the completion of the lottery, the Millis Housing Authority will continue to accept applications, and selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
