The Belding Housing Commission (BHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The BHC offers one Public Housing community with 140 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the BHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 41 Belhaven Ave., Belding, MI 48809, from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: Social Security Cards, the front and back of a government issued photo ID for all adult household members, birth certificates, and proof of all income.
