The Fairmont Housing and Redevelopment Authority (FHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The FHRA offers three Public Housing communities with 121 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the FHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 500 Home Street, Fairmont, MN 56031, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 235-9691 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The FHRA does have a preference for senior or disabled applicants.For more information, the FHRA can be reached by calling (507) 235-9691 during normal office hours.
