The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Alexandria (HRAA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The HRAA offers one Public Housing community with 130 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply:
  1. Visit the HRAA to pick up a pre-application, located at 805 Fillmore Street, Alexandria, MN 56308 during normal office hours.
  2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.

The HRAA does have a preference for: Applicants that live and/or work in Alexandria.
