The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Braham (HRAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

Please note: The HRAB only offers one bedroom units.

The HRAB offers one Public Housing community with 32 units for families and senior/disabled households.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HRAB to pick up a pre-application, located at 409 Central Drive W, Braham, MN 55006, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (320) 396-3580 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.

The HRAB does have a preference: Senior, disabled.
