The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota (HRADL) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The two bedroom waiting list is currently closed.The HRADL offers one Public Housing community with 25units, ranging from one to four bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Call (218) 847-7859 to have a pre-application mailed to you.
  2. Visit the HRADL to pick up a pre-application, located at 1111 Washington Avenue, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HRADL does have the preference that you live and/or work in Becker County. More information can be found by calling (218) 847-7859 during normal office hours.
