The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Montevideo (HRAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRAM does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The HRAM offers one Public Housing community with 57 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HRAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 501 N 1st Street, Montevideo, MN 56265, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (320) 269-6868 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRAM can be reached by calling (320) 269-6868 during normal office hours.
