Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pipestone (HRAP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The HRAP offers one Public Housing community with 102 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

To apply, visit the HRAP to pick up a pre-application, located at 202 2nd Ave SW, Pipestone, MN 56164 during normal office hours.
