The Renville County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The RCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 25 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the RCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 South Mill Street, Redwood Falls, MN 56283, during normal office hours.
  2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 481, Redwood Falls, MN 56283.No documents are needed at this time.The RCHRA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Renville County.For more information, visit the RCHRA website, or call the office at (320) 523-3656 during normal office hours.
