The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV (MRHA IV) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to PO Box 1051, Columbus, MS 39703.
No documents are needed at this time.
The MRHA IV does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list; displaced by Hurricane Rita or Katrina, involuntarily displaced, or living in substandard conditions.
