The Housing Authority of the City of Columbus (HACC) will be accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals every second Wednesday, starting on August 12, 2015 until further notice.

The HACC offers two Public Housing communities with 479 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the HACC to submit an application in person every second Wednesday of the month starting on August 12, 2015, between the hours of 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Be sure to include these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HACC does have a preference for elderly, disabled, and working families.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (662)328-4236.
