The Fulton Housing Authority (FHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely. It was last open in July 2013.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the FHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 350 Sycamore St., Fulton, MO 65251, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Download a pre-application online, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday.

Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, food stamp award letter (if applicable), and checking/savings account statements.

The FHA does not have a preference.

Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.

Reasonable Accommodation

The Fulton Housing Authority (FHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The FHA offers one Public Housing community with 199 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the FHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 350 Sycamore St., Fulton, MO 65251, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Please note: An explanation of the pre-application process on the FHA is incorrect. Applicants do not have to make an appointment when submitting their pre-application. Pre-applications are no longer available to be completed online.
