How To Apply to the Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy (HACPA) Senior and Disabled Rental Assistance Demonstration Program Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Hansen/Stack Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from June 24, 2020 until 100 applications have been received.

Please note: According to the HACPA, this waiting list is only for "senior/disabled 2 person families"

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

0% of households were headed by a person 24 years old or less, 35% were headed by a person 25 to 49 years old, 22% were headed by a person 51 to 60 years old, and 43% were headed by a person 62 years old or older. In addition, 5% of households were headed by a person 85 years old or older.
