The Pennsauken Housing Authority (PHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for four days in July 2017; and before that in 2001. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Pennsauken, NJ is about 10 miles east of Philadelphia, PA.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or work in Pennsauken Township, pay more than 50% of your monthly gross household income towards rent (rent burdened), employed, elderly, disabled, currently live in low income subsidized housing.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences. Waiting list results will be available on or after July 24, 2017.
