There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Download and print the application online.
  3. Pick up an application at the NHHA office.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been:

  1. Postmarked no later than August 9, 2018 and mailed to the NHHA office.
  2. Dropped off to the NHHA office no later than August 9, 2018 at 4:00 pm.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Persons Who Live, Work, or Attend School Locally; Victims of Domestic Violence;Those Displaced by Government Action; Those Displaced by Natural Disaster; Those Terminated from Assistance Due to Lack of Funding.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
