How To Apply to the Public Housing Waiting List
The Housing Authority of the Town of Laurinburg (HATL) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HATL offers two Public Housing communities with 499 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HATL to submit an application in person on Wednesdays, between the hours of 8:30 am until 11:00 am, and 1:30 pm until 4:00 pm. The HATL is located at 1300 Woodlawn Drive, Laurinburg, NC.
Be sure to bring these documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
No preferences were noted.
