The Rowan County Housing Authority (RCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The RCHA offers three Public Housing communities with 192 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply: Visit the RCHA to pick up an application, located at 310 Long Meadow Dr., Salisbury, NC 28147, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above on Tuesdays only, between the hours of 8:30 am until 11:00 am, and 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the RCHA can be reached by calling (704) 633-8380, during normal office hours.
