This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Anson, Montgomery, Moore and Richmond County, North Carolina.

The Sandhills Community Action Program Inc. is currently accepting applications for Foster Youth Vouchers for eligible youth aging out of foster care in Anson, Montgomery, Moore, and Richmond Counties, North Carolina. This housing assistance program helps young adults transition to independent living.

Eligibility Requirements:

Youth who have aged out of foster care or are transitioning from foster care
Must meet income eligibility requirements
Must reside or plan to reside in Anson, Montgomery, Moore, or Richmond County
