The Whiteville Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 54 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the WHA on Tuesdays or Thursdays, between the hours of 9:30 am until 11:30 am, to submit an application in person. The WHA is located at 504 W Burkhead St, Whiteville, NC 28472.Be sure to bring these documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, current and past landlord information, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The WHA does not have a preference.
