Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the DCHA office at 230 8th Avenue West, West Fargo, ND 58078.
The following documents are required for each family member of the household: Social Security Card, driver's licence or photo ID, birth certificates for all children under 18 years old.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Live in the State of North Dakota, Section 8 HCV voucher holders or Public Housing residents in another jurisdiction who are experienced a federally declared disaster.
